My Goals: Make July Your B*tch

July Goals


1.I'm not very good at running, I get all heavy breathing, and sweaty and I start to pant a bit.. haa. So my goal is to be able to run at least 1-2miles twice a week!


2. Lose 5-6lbs by August


3. Cut out Chocolate :'( I could cry over this haa I am a chocolate junky, the chocolatier the better, the more sugar the better!! but I know its bad for me and even though it gives me nightmares ITS MY WEAKNESS.


4. Continue to drink 90oz of water daily. & 30+oz of green tea!


5. Workout 6 Days a week! & of course get my rest on the 7th :)


6. Walk  5 miles everyday! heck make it twice a day if I'm feeling brave!
